RTCC Panels

Aaditya Mechatronics has capability to design and manufacture standard control panels and as per customer requirement. We have over 10 years’ experience in design and execution of Marshalling Box, RTCC and FCC panels for customers from India and overseas. Panels can be designed to meet up to IP 65 protection class. We have capable of doing powder coat surface finish up to 240 microns for extreme weather conditions.

Remote Tap Changer Control (RTCC) is a conventional equipment to control the output of the Transformer from the OLTC unit fitted in the transformer. The desired voltage will be achieved accordingly by controlling the OLTC with respect to the tap position through RTCC system.

• Optional embedded PT-100 sensor in the sensing bulb of the local OTI / WTI enabling real-time temperature transmission for remote monitoring and SCADA systems

• Instrument cases are aluminium die casted and polyester powder coated with standard ingress protection of IP55 and Corrosion protection up to 500 Hours of neutral salt spray

• Panel mounting option provided
